Remote Assist

In order to help customers better and faster, we are proud to offer our Remote Assist Interactive Support tool:

  • Remote Assist is easy to use - sit back and let us do the work.
  • Remote Assist is secure - all sessions are encrypted and protected from prying eyes.
  • Remote Assist does not install itself - the tool runs through your browser using a JAVA plug-in. JAVA is a trusted plug-in from SUN Mircosystems and is pre-installed on most computers.


Instructions

Remote Assist is very easy to use.

Before starting your session, you should already be on the phone with one of our support agents. Then, follow these steps:

01 Click Join Session Join Now
02 If you do not have JAVA™ Follow the install prompts If you do not have JAVA™ Follow the install prompts
03 Digital Signature is Verified, click Run Digital Signature is Verified, click Run
04 If you see a firewall alert click Unblock or Allow If you see a firewall alert click Unblock or Allow
